Flipagram is an Android/ IOS app that allows you to create a short video from your images. This photography app has intuitive and easy to use interfaces which allows the user to create videos on the fly. All the user have to do is:

It allows users to run a APK file as a program within the emulator. So the 1st step is to download and install the bluestacks software on your windows computer.
